Information we collect and why
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, website, requested service, and project details. We use it to answer your inquiry, discuss or provide our services, and keep appropriate business records. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.
Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and request times. We use this information to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems, and prevent spam and abuse.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process inquiry information to take steps at your request before a contract or to perform a contract, rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, and obtain consent where required. You can withdraw consent by contacting us; this does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Forms, hosting, and service providers
Our contact form sends submissions to Basin, which processes and stores them on our behalf and helps deliver notifications and filter spam. Basin may use service providers for these functions. See Basin’s privacy policy and its data-processing information.
We use Cloudflare to host and protect the website, and Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine form visitors from automated traffic. These services process technical browser and connection information. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
We also use email and other business service providers as needed to handle inquiries and provide requested services. We share information only as reasonably needed for those purposes, to comply with law, or to protect legitimate rights and security. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Analytics, cookies, and linked content
We use self-hosted Plausible Analytics to understand page visits, referrals, device categories, and general engagement. Our analytics script does not set advertising cookies or collect contact-form field contents. Hosting, security, and administrative features may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions.
You can manage cookies and block scripts through your browser, although doing so may affect features such as form verification. The site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. External links and embedded content are governed by their providers’ privacy practices and may send technical information to those providers when loaded or opened.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, manage our business relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes, then delete it when no longer needed. Provider retention settings and backup cycles can affect when copies are removed. We use reasonable safeguards, including secure connections and access controls, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We operate in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States, Canada, the European Union, or other countries, whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or a restriction of processing, or object to certain uses. Contact us to make a request or raise a concern. We may reasonably verify your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law. Where available, you may complain to your data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
This website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.
